and I’m so glad you’re here.

Hi, I’m Casey

Over the years, both personally and professionally, I began noticing a pattern.
Many women were carrying far more than anyone realized.

Several years ago, my life changed unexpectedly when I stepped into a parenting role after the loss of my stepchildren's mother. Almost overnight, life became a balancing act of supporting grieving children, working full-time, managing responsibilities, and trying to hold everything together.

From the outside, I was functioning. Inside, I was carrying an enormous amount of stress, pressure, grief, and responsibility. That experience gave me a deeper understanding of something I now see in many of the women I work with.

They are thoughtful. They are capable. They are resilient. They are the people everyone else depends on. But they're also tired.

At the same time, I kept seeing something over and over again.

Many of the women I worked with already knew a lot about themselves. They had done the therapy, read the books, listened to the podcasts, and could tell you exactly why they felt the way they did. But they still felt stuck.

That realization is what led me to hypnosis.

I’ve always loved helping people better understand themselves, but what I love even more is watching someone finally experience the kind of change they’ve been working so hard for.

There is something incredibly rewarding about watching a person reconnect with their confidence, trust themselves again, and realize they don’t have to keep carrying everything on their own.

What it’s like to work with me

My style is warm, collaborative, and down-to-earth.

We'll start by talking about what's been going on, the patterns you're noticing, and what you'd like to change.

From there, we'll use hypnosis and coaching to help create shifts at a deeper level so change doesn't feel like such a constant battle.

My goal is for you to leave sessions feeling calmer, more connected to yourself, and more confident moving forward.

Training & credentials

Before creating The Reset Remedy, I spent many years working in the mental health field supporting adults through anxiety, stress, grief, trauma, burnout, perfectionism, and major life transitions. That experience deeply shaped the way I approach this work and strengthened my understanding of the connection between the mind, body, nervous system, and emotional patterns.

My training includes:

  • Certified Hypnotherapist through the International Medical and Dental Hypnotherapy Association (IMDHA)

  • Graduate of the Life Matters Hypnosis Academy 220-hour IMDHA-approved hypnotherapy certification program

  • Background in mental health counseling

  • Training in Internal Family Systems (IFS)

  • Experience in mind-body and nervous system-based approaches

I continue to value ongoing learning and approaches that support meaningful, lasting change in a way that feels grounded, compassionate, and supportive.

Maybe it’s your turn

If there’s one thing I’ve learned, both personally and professionally, it’s that so many women spend years taking care of everyone around them while putting themselves last.

They keep going. They keep pushing through. They tell themselves they’ll slow down when things settle down. But life doesn’t always work that way. Sometimes support isn’t something we earn after we’ve done everything for everyone else. Sometimes it’s exactly what we need right now.

If you’re wondering whether this work might be a good fit for you, I’d love to share more about how I help women create lasting change.
